The Clubs Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at the Club Cafe, Ashleigh Road on Thursday 5th October 2017 at 7.45pm.
 
Notice of any business which it is desired to be placed on the Agenda must be given in writing to club secretary Anthony Clements at tonksclements@ntlworld.com or 5 Victoria Street, Uplands, Swansea, SA2 0NE by Thursday 28th September 2017.
 
The club governance sub committee will be proposing that the club governance status should change from a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) to a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO). This is due to the fact that the club no longer fits many of the criteria of a CASC, due to the effects of the club almost doubling in size of membership and volunteers over the last 11 years. In partnership with an external solicitor, consultant and governing body, it has been highly recommended that the club becomes a CIO and is registered as such with HMRC. The proposed new constitution will be added to this website in due course, to enable members to have an informed discussion at the AGM.
