Sunday 17th March was the rearranged 5th and final round of the West Glamorgan Cross Country League held at Gnoll Country Park Estate. Despite clashes with other events we just about managed to field full teams. The Womens team have been in great form all of this season, and this form continued at the Gnoll over a multi terrain route with a fine 1st and 2nd at the front of the field. Helen Marshall won the race by almost two minutes ahead of teammate Gemma Seaman both having great runs; completing the scoring five were 7th  Rebecca Bennett; 19th  Jennie Mcadie and 39th  Sian Phillips. Many congratulations to all those that have represented the club over the five fixtures, they all did magnificently well! Final results are still not available or league tables, we believe they may well have held onto top place in the league with 3 finishers in the top 10, fingers and toes crossed!

In the Mens race our first runner home in 19th was Daniel Morgan; completing our top five were 24th  Gabrielius Stuokus; 28th Martyn Hughes-Dowdle; 48th Gair Mcadie and 66th  Heath Brett. Team wise the men are split over two teams, TNT & Masters, with one team likely to be relegated and the other only mid table, once the league tables are released .It may be worth considering the number and or composition of teams the club enter in the league next year?
