Sunday 15th January was round 4 of 5 of the West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Margam Park, and there was another fantastic turnout form the club! With the first 5 across the line to score for our teams, our scoring runners were as follows:
Men: Matthew Rees had superb run to win the race by over a minute from his nearest competitor and he was followed home by 5th James Dean; 8th Adam Newton; 10th Michael Bryant and 13th Eamonn Kirk.
Ladies: matching the win in the men’s was Helen Marshall, followed home by 4th Sarah Worley; 6th Rebecca Bennett; 7th Helen-Marie Davies and 9th Hannah Johnston, this spectacular packing at the front of the field is sure to keep them at the top of the league, table we hope.
Very many thanks to all those who were out representing the club, over a very tough and muddy course at Margam, click here for the full results.
