Sunday 10th April was the Swansea Harriers open meeting and the good news was that for the first time ever there was a tail wind down the home straight, the bad news was with near gail force following winds at times, for everyone except the 100m runners with almost everyone setting lifetime bests, it made stride patterns in the hurdles very tricky.
