Sunday 19th January was the Non Thomas New Year U20 & SEnior Indoor Open incoporating the Welsh Masters & Welsh Athletics Senior 3000m Championships held at Cardiff. There was another great showing from the club, with our top performer in each age groups as follows:

SM: 60m Daniel Beadsley (6.84); 200m David Migliorati N'Doua (23.56); 400m Jack Houghton (53.92); High Jump Iwan Beggs (1.75m); Pole Valt Glyn Price (3.85m); 

SW: 60m Katie-Jane Priest (8.12); 200m Caryl Granville (25.48) & 60m Hurdles (8.53); 1500m Llinos Jones (5.07.89); Pole Vault Carys Jones (3.61m); Shot Gwennan Lewis (11.13m).

U20M: 60m Cameron Ciaburri (7.54); 200m Sam Petherbridge (24.19); Pole Vault Ieuan Hosgood (4.35m); 

U20W: 60m Armani Williams (8.22); 200m Macey Morris (25.69); 400m Amelia Hill (62.60); Pole Vault Evie Lawrence (3.01m); Shot Jamie Holland (9.61m).

Sunday 19th January in the Speedway 10km at Beachley had five finishers; there was a fantastice win for Verity Ockenden (33.08) in the womens race; Alaw Beynon-Thomas was 4th (36.08); 8th Rachel Davies (37.36).
