Sunday 12th August was the U11, U13 & U15 Gerald Codd Trophy Match held at Haverfordwest, with weather conditions changing throughout the day it was luck of the draw as to whether the weather was kind or not to each athlete. It was a dramatic ending indeed, with the title quite literally coming down to the final race as only a couple of points separated the top two teams. The U11G 4 x 100m rose to the occasion despite the pressure to win their race with the quartet of Chloe Lewis, Matilda Quick, Zoe Strevens and Sophie Taylor crossing the line in a time of (63.0). We are awaiting the official match scores as it transpires those announced on the day may not of been 100% accurate.
