Stick together, keep talking, keep in touch, just pick up the phone and give your team mates, former team mate or coaches a call, make sure everyone’s all right and keep looking after each other!

Try to keep a routine each day part of which should be your exercise regime, take care of yourself and family by eating healthily and avoiding junk food!

It has been great to receive messages about how our members are getting on, in such a large club of very close to 900 members by the time we include all the volunteers, you could get lost, but it has been great to keep that personal touch with you. Firstly and most importantly, how is everyone getting on? We are a community club and its so important to keep in touch to support each other during this time. If you need something, just want to talk or get in touch with one of your team mates, coaches or anyone else, don't be shy, just ask and we'll do our best to make it happen. We are here to help.

As we are concerned and all aware that the situation around COVID 19 has escalated rapidly, our volunteers and athletes’ health & well being is of paramount importance to the club and takes priority over all other considerations. The Club Trustees met this afternoon (15th March) to consider our response to the current situation, recognising that advice and guidance is changing almost daily.
