Canceled Saturday 10th August U17 U20 & Senior League at Swansea

Welsh Athletics have canceled Saturdays U17 U20 & Senior League at Swansea, due to the weather warnings. The clubs request to reschedule to the 17th or 18th August has been declined. This concludes the U17 to Senior track & field season league matches for 2019, some individual opportunities remain here.

Wednesday 24th July was the Welsh Athletics U20 Track & Field International held at Cardiff. Teams were competing from Scotland, the four English Regions, Guernsey, Welsh Athletics & Welsh Schools. It was most pleasing to see 10 Swansea Harriers gain National vests for one of the Welsh Teams participating who were;

Star Track Summer Holidays Athletics Camp

Swansea University will once again be hosting another Startrack 3 day Athletics Camp in the schools Summer holidays from Monday 19th to Wednesday 21st August inclusive, times are from 10am to 3pm.

Wednesday 17th July saw the conclusion of all the Primary Schools Track & Field fixtures for this academic year with the annual Dyfed V West Glamorgan inter county match held at Swansea. In a great evenings athletics the West Glamorgan team came out on top, after Dyfeds win in the cross country, to make it honours even for 2019. Highlights included overall winning performances from Swansea Harriers athletes representing the county:

U17 International Athletics Saturday 20th July Wales V England V Scotland V Ireland at Swansea

Saturday 20th July see the U17 Athletics International come to Swansea. Four teams from the Schools Athletics Associations of Wales, England, Scotland & Ireland will be participating, featuring all of the UK's most talented U17 athletes. The Wales team includes no less than twelve Swansea Harriers, who have the once in a lifetime opportunity of representing Wales on their home track:
