The main highlight of the weekend was on Sunday 3rd March where our very own Joseph Brier ran 2nd leg live on the BBC in his senior international debut for the Great Britain & Northern Ireland 4 x 400m relay in the European Indoor Athletics Championships at Glasgow.

2019 Membership Renewals Now Due For ALL Members

Everyone of our 770 athletes and 150+ volunteers should of received their annual fixture card and membership renewal form in the post last weekend. To allow Christine our volunteer club secretary time to process all 900+ forms by 31st March 2018, when everyones membership to the club and Welsh Athletics expires. Please return yours ASAP.

Get Involved With Coaching at Swansea Harriers

Swansea Harriers is fortunate to have a large team of volunteer coaches that help week in week out in the club throughout the year, that being said we are always looking to add to the coaching team, as trying to cater for close to 800 athletes is a major undertaking for the coaching team. Results Round Up From Cardiff & Exeter

The weekend of Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd February were the Welsh U13, U15, U17 & U20 Indoor Championships held at Cardiff. It wasn’t the largest turnout ever from the club in terms of overall entry numbers, however what we lacked in quantity we more than made up with in quality, along with invaluable championships experiences gained by all the athletes, and another hatful of medals won:

The weekend of Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th January were the Welsh Senior Indoor Championships incorporating some junior championship events held at Cardiff. It was a great weekend for the club with plenty of medals won as shown below;
