Sunday 21st January M35 Geraint Williams runs 75.35 to finish 17th in the Essar Four Villages Half Marathon at Helsby, well done Geraint!

Thursday 25th January Sophia Harrison runs 10.45.59 for 3000m indoors at Los Angeles, California USA, well done Sophia!

The weekend of Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th January was the Welsh U15 & Senior Championships at Cardiff and it was great to see over 50 Swansea Harriers participating against the very best athletes in Wales. The team did really well to come home with the following twenty one medal haul, congratulations to all those who took part.

7 GOLD U15B Alfie Philpott 2.65m Pole Vault; U15G Georgie-Bo Davies 2.70m Pole Vault; SM Sam Davies 1.98m High Jump; SW Hannah Brier 54.70 after setting a championship record of 54.16 in her heat! SW Carys Jones 3.81m Pole Vault; U15G Taylor Shelmerdine 43.61 300m and SM Marek Warzocha 22.62 200m.

Saturday 27th January Macey Morris runs 25.07 for 200m indoors at Houston, Texas, USA, well done Macey!

Sunday 28th January at the Chepstow Racecourse 5km, 10km & Half Marathon Festival of races Tina Gabb came home in 27th recording a time of 53.31 in the 10km and Leon Shuall was 43rd in the Half Marathon in a time of 1.36.31, well done both!
