Results Round Up

This week we have results to round up form you from London, Yeovil, Lampeter and Gloucester.

Saturday 23rd March U20W Tiffany Rees runs a 70.35 for 400m in Battersea Park, London, well done Tiffany!

Saturday 30th March & Monday 1st April were the two days of the Yeovil Open Meeting where U20W Rebekah Pratt threw a 36.79m Hammer and a 7.82m Shot, U17W Millie Pierce ran a 5.21.93 1500m Steeplechase and U17W Millie Gold ran a 10.04.71 for 3000m, well done all!

Saturday 30th March was the Teifi 10 Mile Road Race at Lampeter where there was a fine win for Michael Kallenberg who came home in 52.48. Making our top five Men home were 10th Charles Walsh 59.55, 20th Alan Davies 1.02.24 special congratulations to Alan as if ratified we believe that time is an M70 all time Welsh Record!!!!!!!, 21st Thomas Morris 1.02.38 and 26th Owen Davies 1.03.45. Diane Brownhill was our only runner in the Women who crossed the line in 10th in a time of 1.13.09. Very well done to all those who ran for the club in deepest darkest West Wales!

Sunday 31st March Matthew Rees had a great run to place 4th in the Gloucester Half Marathon crossing the line in 4th place in a time of  1.11.08, well done Matthew!
