Thursday 20th June SW Darcie Bass runs a 4.42.09 for 1500m at Aldershot, well done Darcie!
Thursday 20th June SW Lauryn Davey leaps out to 5.73m in the Long Jump and clears 1.60m High Jump in the JBL Jumps Festival in Kosice, Slovakia, well done Lauryn!

Saturday 22nd June saw our Senior Men & Women in round 2 of 4 of the National Athletics League at Yate. After a victory in round 1 they followed this up with another to extend their lead at the top of the league table!

Saturday 22nd June in Geneva, Switzerland Joseph Brier runs a 46.29 to finish 2nd in the 400m and Hannah Brier 53.67 to finish 5th in her 400m, well done both on such great runs!
Saturday 22nd June saw Millie Pierce represent Wales in the U18 Mountain Running Cup in Palencia, Spain where she placed a very commendable 41st against top athletes from all over the World, not just Europe, congratulations Millie on such a great experience and run against top class opposition, you were amazing!
Saturday 22nd June SW Verity Ockenden runs 15.10.67 over 5000m in Vienna, Austria, well done Verity!
Saturday 22nd June was the Welsh 3000m & 5000m Championships at Newport where SM Matthew Rees was 7th in the 5000m with a 15.49.0, U15B Osian Morgan won 3000m BRONZE in 10.11.35, U17W Libby Hale won 3000m GOLD in 9.49.68 a Championship record!, U17M Jack Sullivan was 10th in the 3000m in 10.14.15 and U15B Oliver Hale 4th in his age group in the 800m with a 2.27.17, well done all!
Sunday 23rd June saw our U13 & U15 team in round 3 of the Youth Development League Premier Division also at Yate. Things went very well indeed, the team had a strong chance of being relegated, but pulled out all the stops to place 2nd on the day and finish the season on 4th overall in the league table and avoid the relegation match! Very many congratulations to all those athletes, team managers, coaches and officials who contributed to such a magnificent last gasp effort. Individual highlights included overall top 3 placings set by:
U15B Mandikuzda Mupita 1.45m High Jump 3rd, Alfie Philpott 2.90m Pole Vault 1st and Roman Jackson 32.52m Hammer 2nd.

Sunday 23rd June was the Blade Runner 6.6 Mile Multi Terrain race at Oakdale where U23W Megan Williams had a superb run to finish 2nd in 44.56, well done Megan!
