Results Round Up

Not a lot to round up for you in what would normally be a busy time of races over the festive period, however we do have a few performances for you, all from over the bridge in England: Ribble Valley, Mid Lancashire, Sheffield & Manchester.

Back on Monday 27th December SM Joshua Griffiths had a great run to finish 2021 and 2nd in the Ribble Valley 10km in yet another sub 30 clocking of 29.25, well done Joshua!

Sunday 2nd January SM Geraint Williams had a superb run to win the Mid Lancashire Half Marathon in a time of 74.39 well done Geraint!

Sunday 9th January two of our Senior Women made the long trip to Sheffield for the UK Combined Events Pentathlon Championships. Both unfortunately did not complete all five disciplines nevertheless recorded some great performances in those events that they did. Well done to Jodi Beynon 9.18 60m Hurdles; 10.71m Shot & 5.29m Long Jump and Lauryn Davey 9.07 60m Hurdles & 1.55m High Jump, well done both.

Sunday 9th January was the Manchester Indoor Open where SM Ben Paris ran a 22.61 200m and SM Leon Greenwood a 6.96 60m, well done both!
