This week we just have a few have results to round up for you from Cardiff and Houston Texas USA.

Friday 20th January Macey Morris runs 25.41 for 200m in Houston, Texas USA where she is in University, well done Macey!

Sunday 22nd January was the Cardiff Metropolitan University Indoor Athletics Open Meeting at Cardiff incorporating the Senior Welsh 3000m Championships. The club was well represented as athletes prepare for the Welsh Championships in the next few weeks. Our overall top performer in each event was as follows:

Men: Luca Cortellese 8.45.4 3000m; Daniel Knuckle & Marek Warzocha both 7.43 60m; Gareth Robbins 2.27.00 800m; Ieuan Hosgood 4.20m Pole Vault; Evan Cole 1.65m High Jump and Joseph Beresford 24.60 200m & 53.58 400m.

Women: Charlotte Campion 10.41m Triple Jump; Megan Carter-Davies 9.39.74 & Welsh GOLD! Bronwen Stratton-Thomas 10.51.22 3000m & Welsh BRONZE! Amy Beynon 2.71m Pole Vault; Emily Collins 11.63 60m Hurdles; Luisa Von Schnitzler 9.09 60m; Ella Davies 2.23.80 800m; Carys Poole 9.09m Shot; Sophia Harrison 4.57.38 1500m; Hope Parry 29.32 200m and Cerys Vico 61.39 400m.
