In what is likely to be our last results round up for many weeks, we catch up on on performances achieved last weekend;

Wednesday 11th March at the South West Universities varsity match at Exeter Naim Awal runs (11.7) 100m & (24.2) 200m; Fynley Caudery jumps (1.70m) in the High Jump; Abigayle Goodrick-Latham runs (5.13.1) for 1500m and (20.01.6) for 5000m. Well done all, click here for the full results.

Saturday 14th March were the British Masters Cross Country Championships held in Corwen North Wales. In the mens 55-64 age group is was an awesome team GOLD for the terrific trio of Ifan Lloyd; Thomas Guest & Steve Smith congratulations to them all, click here for the full results.

Saturday 14th March U15B Lewie Jones at Woodford throws a (10.03m) Shot; (27.43m) Discus and (42.23m) Javelin, well done Lewie, click here for the full results.

Sunday 15th March was the England/UK Junior Combined Events Championships held at Sheffield where Evan Cole finished in an impressive 8th setting four personal bests in his pentathlon amassing (2267 points), Shot (8.08m); Long Jump (4.82m); High Jump (1.66m); 60m Hurdles (9.29) and 800m (2.27.44). Sunday 15th March Liam Lloyd runs (74.13) over the half marathon at Liverpool. Well done Liam.
