The very best of luck to U20M Dafydd Jones who has been selected for Great Britain & Northern Ireland at the European U20 Championships in Jerusalem Israel in the 3000m. Dafydd goes in heat 2 of the 3000m on Monday 7th August at 11.17am GMT (9.17am Israel). Dafydd broke our long standing U20 3000m record from the 1970’s this season and is up against some very tough opposition as you can view here. A top 8 place in the heat will see him progress to the final at 9.35pm GMT (7.35pm) on Wednesday 9th August.
