Round 1 of 5 West Glamorgan Cross Country League Seniors & Masters @ Pembrey

10am Sunday 22nd October all roads lead to Pembrey Country Park, SA16 0EJ (again) this time for the West Glamorgan Cross Country League for our Senior and Masters athletes only. For this league athletes MUST enter and pay themselves online via this link before the day.

Registration will be open from 8:45am. All pre-registered numbers will be sorted into clubs, so to save time can only team captains collect these. The race is limited to 500 runners. Should this sell out prior to the day, then there will be NO on the day entry. You need to make sure that you have selected the correct team when entering i.e. Swansea Harriers Athletics Club. Once the race has started, this cannot be changed or updated.

The race will start at 10am with both Men & Women starting together. This is a fast course mainly on grass and woodland paths. Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
