Round 3 West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Margam Park Sunday 5th February

10am Sunday 5th February is Round 3 of 5 in the West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Margam Park, SA13 2TJ this league is only for our senior/masters runners. You do not need to be selected to run for the club, however you must register in advance online here, there will be NO on the day entries for round 3.

The Mens & Womens races will start together. Registration will be open from 8:30am. The course consists of 2 laps approximately 5.2 miles in total for both Men & Women, with the start close to the East Lodge Car park. The surface underfoot will be a mix of grass and tarmac, therefore the footwear should be trail shoes or road shoes, spikes will NOT be permitted at this event due to a small tarmac and gravel section.
