Sunday 25th February Round 4 of 5 West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Kenfig Nature Reserve

Sunday 25th February sees round 4 of 5 in the West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Kenfig Nature Reserve, Cf33 4PT.

This league is for Seniors only where after the first three rounds our Women are placed 3rd in Division 1 and Men 5th in Division 1, so we will be looking for a big turnout in an attempt to creep back up the league tables please before the final fixture. There is no limit as to how many athletes can run for the club, however there is a race capacity of just 450 runners overall. It is each athletes responsibility to enter themselves in this league rather than team managers, so don’t wait and enter online here as soon as you can.

There will be NO on the day entry. The race will start at 10am for the Men and 10:05 for the Women. Spikes are NOT permitted, trail shoes are advised but not compulsory.
