Swansea Harriers Jumps Open Meeting Saturday 3rd September

We are hosting a Jumps Only (HJ, PV, LJ & TJ) Open Meeting on Saturday of September for the U11 to Senior age groups at the INDOOR Athletics Track as outside is being used for football.

ENTRY FEE – £6 per event

MAXIMUM EVENTS – 2 per athlete

EVENTS & AGE GROUPS – High Jump (U11 to Seniors), Long Jump (U11 to Seniors), Triple Jump (U15 to Seniors), Pole Vault (U13 to Seniors)

POOLS – Pools will consist of 12 athletes and these will be confirmed after the closing date, when athletes will be pooled with others of similar abilities (information emailed to competitors on 1st September)

High Jump – Pool A (11:00am); Pool B (12:30pm); Pool C (2:00pm)

Long Jump – Pools A & B (11:00am); Pools C & D (12:30pm); Pool E (2:00pm)

Pole Vault – Pool A (11:00am); Pool B (1:00pm)

Triple Jump – Pool A (2:00pm)

ALL Horizontal jumps will have 6 straight trials. Not that we will be requiring parents and Guardians to assist the qualified judges raking sand pits and replacing high jump & pole vault cross bars whilst your kids are competing please.

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES – Friday 2nd September @ 5:00pm – There will be no entries on the day.
