West Glamorgan Cross Country League Round 1 Saturday 9th October @ Gnoll Country Park

10am Saturday 9th October sees round 1 of 5 in the West Glamorgan Cross Country League at Gnoll Country Park Estate, SA11 3BS. This season we have just the one mens team and one womens team, if any juniors wish to run for our senior teams they MUST be aged 17 or over. Last year our women finished 3rd in Division 1 and our Men 6th in Division 1, both squads will be looking to end a little higher up this season.

Entry is made online by each individual runner online here (not by team managers).

The 5 mile course is a multi terrain route, therefore spikes are NOT recommended. The very best of luck to all those that take part!
